Hehehe.... I have to share this post, recipe, and intro, "Bring your house to life with the gassy sounds of xmas with this recipe. " that I found on a vegan recip Facebook.... it's brussel sprouts, so I can't guarantee that the gas will be odorless. :D

Some vegan farts will have a scent....

Some vegan farts will have a scent, in my case, I just passed a bit of gas that has a scent.... it;s definitely fragrant, but not a stnky imnivore fart. I ate some roasted caulifower, last night.... and cauliflower if one of the more sulpheric vegetables.... a person needs to be awate that cauliflower, broccili and cabbage will cause some vegan farts to stink.

He farted, again...

My friend, the omnivore, who shall remain unamed, just farted. He has recently eaten food with meat and cheese. His fart is smelling like sewage.

I will get back to you when he has farted after not eating any meat or dairy for awhile.

Have a Gas-Stopping Avocado Parfait:

Once again, vegan food saves the day. According to this episode of 'You are What You Eat', this parfait, made of lemon juice, avocados, a bit of orange juice and dates will cause a "side effect of no gas, which will be a treat to herself and her friends" Here's a clip. Start at around 5 minutes and 13 seconds into the video:

... and here's a recipe from the same site. To make it more like the parfait in the video, subtract the coconut milk and and the banana , replace the banana with more avocado and squeeze in some fresh lemon juice... it might be the lemon juice that helps neutralize the gas.

Ass-blasting doesn't have to be stinky.

Bean farts don't stink anyway... they don't, if you're a vegan... however, here are some pointers on how to make beans less gassy:

1. Soak dried beans in a jar of distilled water.... the longer the soak, the more bio-available the nutrients and the helpful digestive enzymes with benefit nutrition and and aid in more gas-free digestion.

2. Chew your beans more thoroughly... it helps gas not to be trapped in air in the intestines.

3. if you want loud farts that don't stink, then beans are the food for you.... beans and sweet potatoes...
