Have a Gas-Stopping Avocado Parfait:

Once again, vegan food saves the day. According to this episode of 'You are What You Eat', this parfait, made of lemon juice, avocados, a bit of orange juice and dates will cause a "side effect of no gas, which will be a treat to herself and her friends" Here's a clip. ... and here's a recipe from the same site. To make it more like the parfait in the video, subtract the coconut milk and and the banana , replace the banana with more avocado and squeeze in some fresh lemon juice... it might be the lemon juice that helps neutralize the gas.
